I was out at Hove for an hour (lunch) on 5.3m and wave board. A bit cross-on so quite choppy but good sized swell out there, up to head high. Warm and sunny. Now in the office trying to hide temporary sun tan. Struggled a bit with a cracked rib from saturday, but better wet than dry.
